Lagoon.
Still very very full of water and flowing quiet
strongly, we had more rain overnight which added more fuel to the fire so to
speak. If one wants to try fish the lagoon possible spots to look for will be
in the inlets and little “Bays” where the water will be a bit calmer, I imagine
the fish might hide there or at the mouth for Non Eds. With the rain abating we
expect the levels to drop to the norm buy early next week.
Surf.
The surf has calmed down from the big winds on Tuesdays and Wednesday
and the water color is still very dirty however the Siyayi is flowing into the
sea and to fish there for Non Eds as well as the Umlalazi Mouth might be a good
idea, usually Snapper Cob can be found in this water and in a few days the Cob
should make and appearance.
Ski Boat.
The weather does not look to shabby for going out over
the weekend however the water in the bay is very much discolored however
further out it is looking good, yesterday you could see the distinct colour line.
Sunday morning looks like the best time to go out early and you should have a
full morning of fishing before the wind swings and picks up.
