Lagoon.
Don’t tell anyone this is a secret, not only are the Cob in the river so
are Snappers, this has to be the best kept secret ever, people are even coming
from Tugela to have a crack at them. They have been caught from the steel
bridge right to the mouth so if you don’t have a boat you are still within a
chance of catching some. Besides Glassies and baby Mullet, Sard and Baby Squid
are doing the trick. For the plastic guys the Strike Pro Minnow is a killer.
Surf.
We have had good surf conditions all week taking us up till late
tomorrow afternoon when the swell will pick up and bring his friend Mr
Sidewash, however the wind drops off quiet quickly with that the swell should
start dropping reducing the side wash. Cob and big Shad still around and so are
the Baby Greys, please treat these little fellas gently so they can grow big
and strong and come back and give you a right hiding on the beach.
Ski Boat.
Tomorrow morning is looking very good although there will be a small swell
, lets hope it is strong enough to churn the bottom up to increase the fish
activity, on Monday the swell was so small it meant a very slow days fishing,
water colour looking good , Couta are on as they say. Tight lines.
